setstats The 6th Australasian Development Economics Workshop, hosted by University of Western Sydney

Welcome to the 6th Australasian Development Economics Workshop 2010
Thursday 10 to Friday 11 June 2010

The annual Australasian Development Economics Workshop series brings together development economists from around Australia, New Zealand and all over the world. The next workshop, the sixth in the series, will be hosted by the School of Economics and Finance, University of Western Sydney, Parramatta Campus, with financial support from the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID). As this Workshop is one of the School’s ‘strategic initiatives’ in 2010 we have more support funding available and so we can accommodate more attendees. We encourage development economists and PhD students, even if they are not giving a paper, to attend and contribute to the discussion and be part of the development community grappling with the perplexing and challenging development issues that will be covered.

Keynote Speaker: Professor Debraj Ray from New York University.

Call for Papers - Now closed.

Please see draft programme. Even if you are not presenting a paper please feel free to register and attend the workshop.
